How to create a profile in PersonaHub

The right credentials for each profile

Each profile has its own password manager and authenticator, so you can find the credentials you need without sorting through other accounts.

Website passwords, organized by profile

View, add, edit, and delete website credentials saved in the current profile. Passwords sync to the cloud so you can use them when you launch the same profile on another computer.

How to manage website passwords

Two-step verification codes, close at hand

Open a profile’s authenticator to see saved TOTP codes and how long they remain valid. Copy a code for two-step verification or remove entries you no longer use.

How to use TOTP authentication

What you can do

Manage browser environments, credentials, and local data separately for each account on one computer.

Browser Fingerprint Protection

Configure user agent, timezone, language, hardware concurrency, and device memory per profile to emulate authentic devices and prevent cross-account tracking.

Complete Profile Isolation

Each profile runs with dedicated cookies, cache, localStorage, and extension data, ensuring complete environment isolation across accounts.

Flexible Proxy Integration

Connect HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 proxies from any provider. Assign dedicated nodes and proxy chains per profile with instant connectivity checks.

Built-in TOTP Authenticator

Save TOTP keys and generate two-step verification codes directly within each profile, eliminating the need for a separate authenticator app.

Software Passkeys

Register and use software passkeys per profile for secure passwordless sign-in or two-step verification on supported websites without hardware keys.

Encrypted Password Sync

Sync saved website credentials securely to the cloud for use when launching the same profile on another computer, with automatic two-way updates.

Built for Multi-Account Workflows

Designed for social media multi-accounting, e-commerce stores, ad verification, client management, localization testing, and browser automation.

Social Media Multi-Accounting

Manage accounts across Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, Reddit, and TikTok in isolated browser profiles. Keep cookies and local sessions separate to run multiple accounts simultaneously without cross-account tracking.

E-Commerce Multi-Store Management

Operate multiple seller stores on Amazon, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and eBay with dedicated browser fingerprints and dedicated proxies. Switch between storefronts securely on a single computer.

Ad Verification & Campaign Management

Isolate advertising environments for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. Label profiles with distinct colors and tags to monitor ad spend and optimize campaigns with confidence.

Agency & Client Account Isolation

Maintain dedicated browser environments for client portals, dashboards, and internal tools. Keep credentials and data segregated for agencies, freelancers, and multi-project teams.

Geo-Targeting & Localization Testing

Pair custom proxies with local timezones and languages to simulate authentic local user visits worldwide. Verify localized content, ad rendering, and regional pricing across markets.

Browser Automation & RPA Workflows

Create, configure, and launch profiles programmatically via Local HTTP API. Connect CDP-compatible tools like Puppeteer, Playwright, and Selenium to automate repetitive tasks and testing workflows.

PersonaHub FAQ

Learn about PersonaHub plans, proxy setup, profile isolation, credential management, and automation.

Is there a free plan, and what does Pro add?

Yes. PersonaHub Free includes up to 3 browser profiles with unique device fingerprints, proxy chains, password management, and TOTP codes. PersonaHub Pro costs $5 per month and supports up to 100 profiles plus passkeys. Pro credit can also be earned through partner rewards.

Does PersonaHub include proxies, or do I bring my own?

Bring your own. PersonaHub does not include proxies and works with HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 proxies from any provider, and each profile can use its own proxy or proxy chain. A proxy is optional. See the proxy provider directory to choose one.

What data and fingerprint settings are isolated between profiles?

Each PersonaHub profile has its own cookies, cache, local storage, and extension data, along with its own browser fingerprint, including user agent, timezone, language, hardware concurrency, and device memory. This keeps accounts from sharing browser data or a device fingerprint.

How are website passwords stored and synced?

PersonaHub includes a separate password manager for each profile on Free and Pro. Passwords can be saved from the profile browser at sign-in or managed in PersonaHub, and they are encrypted and synced to the cloud for use when the same profile is launched on another computer. See password management.

Can I use passkeys without a hardware security key?

Yes, on PersonaHub Pro. PersonaHub stores software passkeys separately for each profile, so no hardware security key is required. Select PersonaHub Passkeys when a website asks you to register a passkey or security key, then view or delete saved passkeys in PersonaHub. See how to use passkeys.

How do I get TOTP two-step verification codes without a phone?

Use the built-in TOTP authenticator, available on Free and Pro. The PersonaHub extension scans a website's authenticator QR code directly in the profile browser, without a phone. Each profile keeps its own TOTP entries, and current codes can be copied from the extension or PersonaHub. See how to use TOTP.

Can profiles be automated with Puppeteer, Playwright, or Selenium?

Yes. The Local HTTP API creates, configures, and launches profiles programmatically. Puppeteer, Playwright, and Selenium can connect to a running profile through the Chrome DevTools Protocol (CDP), and AI clients can work with profiles through MCP.

Which versions of macOS and Windows does PersonaHub support?

PersonaHub runs on Apple silicon Macs with macOS 12 or later and on 64-bit Windows 10 or later. Installers are available on the download page.
